Who is TPS?
Gerri Knilans is President of Trade Press Services and oversees the day-to-day operations of the company. Ms. Knilans has a varied background with more than thirty years experience as a sales and marketing professional, entrepreneur, consultant, author and educator. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz and has done post-graduate work at Loyola University.
Cheryl Bast is Director of Editorial Services. She majored in Advertising and Marketing at El Camino Junior College in Torrance, CA. She is responsible for initiating and maintaining contact with publication editors.
Michelle Murphy is Director of Client Services. Since 1991, she has worked in client servicing and customer care roles. Michelle coordinates the delivery of our services and has daily contact with clients. She is professional, detail-oriented, proactive, supportive, resourceful and committed to building strong business partnerships.
Paula Shuster Roberts is Director of Business Development. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in broadcasting from Arizona State University and is currently working on a Master’s Degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Northridge. Paula’s work experience includes time spent as a radio show producer and book publicist.
